Installation Instructions

Installation:

  1. Make sure the surface is cool. Clean the surface very well (alcohol works best)
  2. Line up the decal on the surface to make sure it fits.
  3. Use a credit card or the back of your fingernail to press down on the clear transfer tape to make sure the tape is stuck to the vinyl.
  4. Peel off the paper backing making sure the whole decal sticks to the transfer tape.
  5. Apply the decal to your surface using a credit card. Smooth from the center towards the outside. Try to remove any air bubbles.
  6. Remove the transfer tape, leaving the decal behind. Remove any noticeable air bubbles with a pin and smooth out any areas left un-stuck.
  7. Enjoy your new decal!

CARE:

Do not scrub the decal when washing your vehicle or windows.
Do not apply in wiper blade’s path.
Do not use ice scrapers on your decal.

LARGE Decal Installation:

Wet

*Wet installation will provide the best quality application and will allow some repositioning.

Dry

  1. Make sure the surface is cool. Clean the surface very well (alcohol works best)
  2. Line up the decal on the surface to make sure it fits.
  3. Unfold both sides of the folded over transfer tape.
  4. Align and then stick ONE side onto your surface.
  5. **CAUTION** Once the vinyl touches the surface, it's usually too late to remove it.  If you are unsure about your abilities at this point, I would recommend the wet option before removing the paper backing.
  6. Carefully remove the paper backing.
  7. Place one hand on top of the stuck down transfer tape and hold the decal with your other hand.
  8. With a sliding motion, move your hand across the decal (pressing lightly) as you roll the decal onto the surface.  Try not to skew the transfer tape or you may end up with bubbles or even worse, rolls in the vinyl.
  9. Starting from the middle of the decal, smooth it out toward the outside edges.
  10. Starting from the center, use a squeegee or credit card to rub all the bubbles and air pockets out toward the outside edges.
  11. Lift one side of the transfer tape and pull it back slowly at a 140 degree angle to remove the transfer tape.
  12. (optional) Remove any large air bubbles by making a hole in the vinyl near the edge of the bubble with a pin.  Press out the air towards the hole.
  13. Enjoy your new decal!
